Lovely gift, delivery was a problem as the full address was not put on the parcel, and elvi twice tried to deliver the item to another house, we only found out when the delivery driver sent us a photo,of the property, we had to contact elvi ourselves with the full address, other wise a very nice pair of slippers, thank you G
